You've Got My Heart on a String!

This little image got my heart on a string!  If you love her as much as I do....you can find her at Bugaboo Stamps.  She makes a great Valentine, Birthday, Mother's Day or a special friend card. It was a dark day when I photographed her so the turquoise paper is actually a little brighter, more turquoise than the green hue but when I played with the color then it changed the yellow too.

I hope you will play along at SSW2 so you can have a chance at winning 4 free images from Bugaboo.  Who knows you may be that lucky winner?

Everything that you ever wanted to know about Bugaboo Stamps:  As if raising 5 children in the frozen land of the North was not enough of a challenge, Jodie Mackrell decided to dip her cold little Canadian toes into the work of papercrafting by opening an online store full of her illustrations. Bugaboo Stamps has become one of the leading companies in digital images. From seriously snarky to sugar sweet to sublimely soulful all the way over to the other side of the super sexy spectrum, you're bound to find all that you need and more to create your paper projects.  Jodie works very hard to provide New Releases and Freebies every week!!  If your taste runs to rubber (and you know who you are), you can find Bugaboo Stamps at Totally Stampilicious.  And finally, join the Bugaboo Stamps DT for the weekly Challenges at Catch the Bug.

Thumb Body Loves YOU!

These little cards are for my nursery children to give to their family next week!  None of them have ever given their THUMB PRINT before!  But they were all curious and willing to try!  Each is unique!  They also added the heart on the inside! I did the rest!
Their name and year is on the back of the card.
Next week they will use some foam stickers to make another Valentine card all on their own!
Having fun with the crafts for the children!

A Heart Bouquet Just for You!

Well, it looks like the new year is moving right along...Valentine's Day is just around the corner!  I have created this Valentine card just for you!  This sweet image is from Bugaboo Stamps and is called "Valentine Baskets-Mouse."  Isn't he just sweet as can be!  Look at his ears...I kid you not...when I was finished coloring I looked and saw a heart in each ear from my shading!  Not sure how that happened...I even see a heart in the highlights of the bucket...none of this was planned!  It was a delight to be able to use my MS Heart punch that has never been used.

This is Sally's sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 this week.  I hope you will play along and have some fun with us.

Bugaboo Stamps is their sponsor and will offer 7 free digis of your choice to the Sweet Sketch Wednesday 2 Winner.

Just wanted to wish all of you a Happy Valentine's even though it is a day late.  My sister, Nancy, sent me a tutorial for this Valentine Box about two weeks ago.  I had just purchased the Classic Heart Nesti the day before and was going to purchase the Scalloped Heart Nesti that day but Joann's was out of it.  So finally I ordered it online.  It arrived yesterday afternoon.  So I rummaged through my papers and came up with this.

The paper I used for the walls was very stiff cardstock.  I would recomment using something a little lighter.  Regular cardstock would be fine.  It turned out fine but if I used the same paper again I would use a stronger tape.  I ended up adding glue dots to hold this project in place which worked well.

Here is the link for this tuturial!
Enjoy!

Just want to let you know that we went back to our old rules at
Hope you will play along.

Hot Pink Water Pearls for Valentines

Just playing again with these fun water pearls.  I had two 50% off coupons that I used at Joann's to purchase these Hot Pink Water Pearls and also the two clear submersible lights.  Each were $4.99 so with the 50% off both items were $4.99 plus tax.  I couldn't pass it up.  It definitely was an impulse buy!  Can you believe Valentines is just around the corner????
