Gerry's Birthday
Sweet Sketch 51
Sweet Sketch Wednesday
Sponsor: Prairie Fairy Digital Stamps

I made this card about three weeks ago for my daughter who is expecting a boy that mysterious transformed to a girl this week! Before we knew the sex of the baby the first time, I wanted to do something fun for my daughter so I conducted a National Family Baby Poll regarding the sex of the baby....Well, I guess it turned out that everyone in the family was right at least for a few moments!

My daughter was so thrilled over this card...she said it was definitely going into the baby book! Now that made Grandma happy! Of course the comments, I wrote inside the card are regarding the arrival of our new grandson! Guess his arrival is being delayed! Anyway, we are getting excited for our newest grand daughter to arrive. Hoping that the doctors do not change their mind again!

Anyway, this adorable giraffe image is from Prairie Fairy Designs! It is called "Gerry's Birthday!" When I saw it I thought it would make a darling baby card! Prairie Fairy Designs is our sponsor this week for Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I had so much fun looking around at their images. So take a few moments and do the same. You may also want to choose an image to make a card and play along with us this week at SSW! If you are the lucky winner for this week, the prize is 5 single images of your choice from Prairie Fairy Designs. (A double image counts as two images.)

Arlana, created such a fun image to work with this week! It came together so easily and gives such a fun effect to your image!

Here is the sketch!

A closer view of little Gerry!
