Sweet Sketch 3 Color Challenge for
Sweet Sketch Wednesday

Botanical Blooms

This is the third week of Sweet Sketch Wednesday. Be sure to take time to visit my sister's site. She is absolutely incredible.....I am always amazed at what she creates! Also take a few minutes and visit her personal blog at Sweet Berry Designs.

This was a fun sketch….so fun I ended up making three cards unintentionally. The first was my Sweet Citrus card below. I made this card thinking that next week was the color challenge week.

So after my first bloober, I made my second card but was quickly informed by my two sisters that I had assembled it backwards….I obviously wasn’t thinking at 1 a.m. when I was putting it together.

So waaalaaa…third time is always the charm! So here is my Sweet Sketch# 3 in all three forms. Hope you enjoy them!

Supplies:
Stamps: SU Botanical Blooms, Short and Sweet
Paper: K and Company Brenda Walton Madeline, SU Rose Red, Whisper White
Ink: SU Rose Red, Regal Rose, So Saffron, Old Olive
Embellishments: SU Word Window Punch, SU Square Scallop Punch, Rhinestones, Sheer Ribbon

  4. Fabulous!! They DO look so real and juicy!!

    Questions on the embossing:
    1. Did you use colored ink and then clear powder?
    2. What brand of paper was the white paper?

I've tried doing this but couldn't get my SU inks (classic) to hold enough powder to get this result. Did you use craft??

Thanks for taking the time to help!!
